The Pink Panthers are on the hunt for players with the Pearcedale Football Netball Club searching hard for A Grade talent to represent the club in MPNFL Division Two this season.

Even with legendary Pink Panther Inspector Jacques Clouseau on their side, the Panthers are struggling in the search for a full complement of players.

The Panthers are keen to take on the 2017 hotshots, Crib Point, Tyabb and Somerville, and are offering A Grade players free registration and entry into any tournaments held throughout the year.

With so much to offer, Pearcedale netball president Merran Connor is hoping the club can attract players and be super-competitive in 2018.

“As a club we are united and respectful and are always looking to be consistently competitive against the top clubs, Connor said.

“We pride ourselves on being a community orientated club and our foundation is based on encouraging and supporting one another both on and off the court.

“Over the years we have gathered together some of the best coaches on the peninsula, along with a fantastic committee and support staff. We’re really proud of our club and we want players to join us that play netball for all the right reasons.”

And Connor’s final pitch to prospective players?

“Just give us a chance, come along and join our really great club and I know you won’t be disappointed.”
